Welcome to EXITS.co.uk. By using our website and services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms govern your use of our services related to business sales, acquisitions, valuations, and exit planning. Please read them carefully.

Important Notice: In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed contract or engagement agreement between you and EXITS.co.uk, the terms of the signed contract or engagement agreement will take precedence and supersede these Terms.

1. Service Overview
EXITS.co.uk provides a full range of services to business owners, including:

-
Business sale marketing & facilitation
-
Business acquisition support
-
Business valuations
-
Exit planning services
Our services are offered on a confidential basis and include marketing, research, and matchmaking designed to introduce business buyers and sellers and provide the necessary support to facilitate mutually beneficial transactions.

We recommend that all clients seek advice from their own professional advisers for any services covered under the Financial Services Act and for any other financial, legal, tax, insurance, or investment advice.
2. Client Eligibility and Project Feasibility
We are happy to discuss business sales, acquisitions, valuations, or exit planning requirements with legitimate business owners. As part of our review process when considering new client requirements, we evaluate the feasibility of the project using our own methods and experience.

If we determine that we can add value to a client’s project and have resources available, we will present a service proposal and terms of business. Proposals are valid for 90 days from the date of issue.

We may propose terms that include 'no advance or upfront payments' or a results-based agreement; however, this is entirely at our discretion. We have no obligation to accept any client project or to offer a results-based or no upfront payment arrangement.

3. Formal Engagement Agreement
Before commencing work, a formal engagement agreement will be signed by both parties, detailing the agreed terms of service and applicable fees. This document outlines the specific scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.
Important Notice: Any signed engagement agreement or contract will supersede these Terms of Service in the event of a conflict.

4. Payment & Fees
Our services typically involve:

-
An initial upfront payment for services
-
A fixed fee, payable upon receiving an acceptable offer.
-
A success fee, based on the final sale or transaction value.
Payment terms and schedules will be agreed upon and outlined in the engagement agreement. Fees are subject to the specific terms and conditions presented in each proposal.

Refunds & Cancellations: Due to the nature of our services, refunds are generally not available. Cancellations may incur fees, as outlined in the engagement agreement.
