They are seeking to acquire manufacturers of scientific instruments that own the intellectual property on their products. The ideal companies will specialise in advanced technologies and have a track record of delivering innovative solutions tailored to demanding scientific and industrial applications.

Target Market:

Particular interest lies in companies that are strongly export-oriented, with at least 80% of revenues generated from international markets. Businesses with differentiated technologies and established global customer bases will be highly attractive.

Financial Performance:
